Our Childbirth classes are real. They’re evidence-based and we skip the fluff. We give you the facts and the tools to help you understand birth and own it!

This is childbirth education designed for critical thinkers, curious minds, and those who want a clear and real understanding of birth. Topics include:

  • The Labor Process

  • The Stages of Labor

  • Fetal position

  • Medical and Non-Medical Pain Relief

  • Positions for Labor

  • Comfort Measures

  • Interventions

  • The Newborn’s First Hour

Our Infant Feeding Education class enables clarity and peace of mind during the delicate early parenting phase. Topics include:

  • Establishing breastfeeding post birth

  • Breastfeeding positions/breast holds

  • Hunger cues and feeding patterns

  • Common breastfeeding challenges

  • Pumping and storing breastmilk

  • Pacifiers and breastfeeding

  • The fundamentals of formula feeding

  • Paced bottle feeding

Everything we teach is backed by research and delivered in a way that honors your autonomy, and quite honestly… your sense of humor too!

We’ll give you the facts, while reminding you that it isn’t about natural birth vs. medicated, or breast vs. bottle. It’s about being informed and prepared!

Our classes are taught by experienced doulas/educators who have supported a variety of births in a variety of settings. We’ve seen how informed preparation changes everything during birth and after it; less fear, fewer regrets, and far more confidence.

Our Classes

  • Feeding your baby comes with lots of choices and questions. In this class, we explore breastfeeding, formula, and combination feeding, plus how to recognize hunger cues, establish routines, and troubleshoot common challenges — so you can feel calm and confident from the very start.

  • Knowledge is power when it comes to birth. My classes cover the stages of labor, comfort techniques, medical interventions, and what to expect whether you plan an unmedicated birth or a medically supported one. You’ll leave feeling informed, supported, and ready for the big day.

  • Learn the essentials of caring for your baby in those early days. From soothing and swaddling to safe sleep, diapering, and bathing, I’ll guide you through hands-on skills and evidence-based tips so you feel confident and prepared at home.
